I had a radical nephrectomy due to a tumor in my left kidney 8 weeks ago. Now I am having sharp pains on the right side just above the navel area... if I press on the area I can feel a slight lump that is tender. The pain comes when ever I move a certain way, sit straight up in a chair or turn to quickly.
