Firstly, thank you for taking a moment to look at this.

I make this as short as possible and to the point.

I live in a block of flats in an "Estate" full of Social Houses. I live in a 13 story block of flats, on the top floor (just a few above me) is a guy who's getting around £198 per week from the govt. All he does is Drink Drink Drink, pees against street corners, etc...

Sometimes I share a lift with him with my child (2).

This guy must be in his 40-50s, and he smells like he hasn't had a wash in about 40 years.

His flat door is always open and when you look inside, all you see is Urine and human waste all over the place, let alone rubbish and beer bottles.

This guy can clearly not look after himself, the wellbeing centre leaves food outside his door. So he can't cook.

With the amount of money he gets per week (more than me) he is bound to be able to do something.

Is there anyway this individual can be put into care and out of my block of flats.

He is clearly a health issue to me and those around me. One can only imagine what else he could have (I don't think I want to know).

Please advise me :)

Obviously this is not the US from the terms used. In the US, you could call social services and report elder neglect. I am sure your country has something similar

Hi Fr-Chuck, yeah its UK rules for me. Sorry.

Is social services not just for children?
