Last Fathers Day my boyfriend and my Dad got in a huge argument. For being broken up for 6 months my boyfriend and I decided to get back together. When my boyfriend decided to tell his dad we got back together the day before fathers day his dad let him know my dad called him that previous 6 months ago when we broke up because my dad found out we use to live together.

My dad did this out of anger and intentionally to get at my boyfriend because he knew my boyfriend and his dad don't have the best relationship and meddled in it. My dad didn't even talk to me about the situation and also betrayed my trust by using my break up to fight out his frustrations of finding out us living together. My boyfriend since has wanted to apologize for calling on fathers day and yelling.

Although he ends up just getting mad at me and tells me "you did this your family was f ed up before I was here." it's been a year and my boyfriend and I have all together have been together for 4 years and I want to marry him. At this point I have no idea where to start to fix things.

Leave the dads and their attitudes out of it, and you and your boyfriend work on each other. There must be more than just them interfering that's keeping things from being fixed, and I hope you resolve it before you even consider marriage.
