I am 59. I have low thyroid, congestive heart failure and gout. All are being treated. (endocrinologist, cardiologist and podiatrist) I take very limited medicines. I am overweight at this time, but was not when it first started. I also have a defibrillator/pacemaker. It was implanted in 2010.

For the past 5 years, lumps have been appearing all over under the skin. I keep getting more of them. Some of them protrude 1/4 inch out of skin. Some of them cause pain in the area. They are fatty and move freely. Also, my face and head sweat excessively. It happens when I'm just sitting. Movement increases the sweating. My hair gets wringing wet and sweat pours down my face. It is not constant, but happens a lot. I have taken to carrying towels to wipe my face and I also put towels around my neck.

I have mentioned the problems to all of my Doctors along with my primary care physician. No one has any ideas or suggestions for me.

Has anyone had these problems before? Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what kind of Doctor to see for this?
