I became pregnant by a guy stationed in NJ 11 years ago. I informed him of my pregnancy and he basically disappeared. I have applied for paternity testing about 8 years ago but the mail was returned to the court. He is still active is the Navy and I have found several different social media groups he is on. How do I get the Navy involved to locate him and establish paternity?
