Hey guys...
I am kind of new to the forum and I am also kind of new to skin lightening..
I have fair indian skin tone, which gives me a pale golden complexion on my face, the best match is kim kardashian without much makeup...
My problem is that I got heavily tanned on my arms.. I was young and lazy,so I didn't wear sunscreen whenever I went out but my face powder had spf ,so I retained my natural skin color on my face whereas my arms and feet have gotten to a beyonce color and I have had this for about two years...
I am going to start using melacare, which is hq 4%,tretinoin .025% and mometasone furoate .1% on my doctor's recommendation... how long do you think it will take to get back my arm natural color which should be about three-four shades lighter than right now.

I am latina so I tend to hyperpigmentate and I have to use bleaching products to speed the lightening since I get small pimples from time to time and tend to touch my face. When I use the tretinoin .25% and hydroquinone 4% by the second week dark spots start to fade and completely gone by the month ( that also depends on how fast your skin heals and on your nutrition). So yes this combination works just apply hydroquinone first and wait 15 minutes before applying Tretinoin.
