Since you didn't give more information... I have to give a generic answer. That is NO... many places require that information and if they do and you lie... they can prosecute you if you are on still on their turf when they find out.

If you have to check in as part of terms of your release.. no you can't they will know then minute you cross the border.

There are a lot of maybe's and it depends... but none of us are mind readers to know the specific situation you are asking about.

What country, heck what country are you a felon in ?

If the US, you get a passport and apply for a visa to the various counties you wish to travel to.
Some will allow it, some will not, each nation you go to, has its own rules
