Hi I am a 17 year old girl who supposedly has eczema. My rash covers the whole front of my neck. My doctor had prescribed me hydrocortisone, the problem with the medicine is that when I apply it to my rash it burns. The cream burns me to the point where I feel like I am going to cry. I was told the cream would help but my instinct says not to use the meds any more.
