Well currently my dad has custody of me, but I've been getting into some trouble so my dad told me to go live with my mom ao I did. And its been almost to months at my mom's and he wants me to come back so I do. But he would like sometimes hit me in the face, emotionally abuse me, and yesterday he said if I screwed up again he would break my fingers one by one. Would that be conssidered abuse. anyway how can I go to court and get my mom to have custody? He also says my mom owes him 47,000 dollars in child support money. Can you help me?

YOU can't do anything. Your mom has to file for a modification of the custody order. In the proper court.
