My name is Martha was married for nine years, my ex and I we separate after one month that we separate and he abandonment my children,took all the savings of marriage a year later that we divorce , I send him divorce papers by mail and he signed in three years he never send any money to the children, he never call my children,and I had to work many hours a day to provide my children, my ex has money and business in Ecuador just never wanted to send money to the children, now he returns to see the children as if nothing happened, I am taking him to a court to the abandoment children court or family court, what I can do? To make him pay child support for the last three years and stared paying now, two and a half years ago I send my son to see his father to Ecuador and HE try to keep it, my family and I we had to negotiate with him to make him to send my son back , after that I decided to not to send my son to see him again, in the period or the time when I was married he used to threatened me saying and swearing that he will take my children away from my, if the judge decides that I can see them like it was under supervision, I have fear that I separated from my children. What can I do, I am very worrie about this.
