I am 128 lbs and 5'5 and 15 years old and I want to lose a couple pounds... I'm already a vegetarian... suggestions?

If you watch TV during commercialsrun/walk in place
Go on a walk/ run anytime that you have to spare
Unless you have a tredmil,step climber,etc.
Eat a lot of celery if you like it that is, celery helps you lose more than you gain from it and cucumbers really help fill you up but you might already know that since you are a vegetarian
