It's possible, but if you had an actual period, you would not be pregnant. Some women will have some bleeding in early pregnancy believing it to be their period. Did the period come as expected, with the same flow, and duration as a normal period for you?

Your period for April may just have been off. Has anything been done regarding the hormone imbalance? It could obviously be due to that as well.

If you haven't tried a pregnancy test, try one. If you are trying to become pregnant, speak to your doctor about what might be done to help with the hormone imbalance first.

Have your periods always been short? If so, it may be what is normal for you. Are you having them regularly? Did you have any blood tests prior to your gyn suggesting iron and the vitamin b complex?

If your periods have always been short, it may be normal for you, but there can be reasons that may cause this that can effect your fertility. Are you trying to get pregnant? If so, how long have you been trying? Are your periods pretty regular? Did your doctor say why he wanted you to take the iron and vitamin b complex?

To be pregnant normal periods are necessary but I am scared if I could not be pregnant after marriage what I will do?I love kids.I listen from many people that abnormal periods can affect fertility.I have my periods in time exact date but they are very short last for one day.
