So my parents eat badly, our family isn't the healthiest and I want to change that, but I don't know how when my parents make unhealthy food for dinner. Just the other day my dad put mixed butter with the corn and that just adds extra fat to it. I want to change how I eat and be healthier. In my past I did some things that were a little to extreme and I don't want to go back to that pattern again. I told my parents a long time ago that I wanted to go on a diet and they still didn't listen and kept making bad foods. Also sometimes already has dinner on the table and I really don't like when he does that because he puts too much on it. I told him that I want to serve myself, but sometimes he just doesn't listen. Will someone please give me some suggestions?
