Where and, yes, he can make a claim. Whether the Court will agree is unknown and depends on many other factors.

Hi I have around 5 outstanding payday loans , 2 outstanding phone contracts and a parking fine outstanding from Leeds city council. Basically a deep whole of debt. My main concern at the moment is would this mean I have a warrant out for my arrest?
