Hi Karrad

So the issue isn't a blockage issue as much as it is an issue diverting the heat to both floors at the same time, right?

Do the upstairs and downstairs have their own separate thermostats (zones)? Are there any other zones associated with the system... say for making hot water or perhaps a zone for the basement?

Finally, has this always been a problem or is this a new issue? If a new issue, has any work been done on the boiler lately? How about the zones... have they been bled off in the last year or two?

Please answer all questions, OK?

Mark
