Okay, I am a male, and 19 years old. I am wondering if there is anything else in can do to grow taller. My current height is 5'6", with a father with height 5'6" and mom 5'2". I was always a little more on the heavy side when younger but have now recently been getting in really good shape. And one more thing, my brother is 5'9"! He was always skinny though, and 2 years younger. So back to the original question, is there anything I can do to grow taller? Such as stretching or dropping weight?
