Hi, I'm 16.. me and my mother fight... all the time. She tells me to leave and not come back, I've left and then she's threatened to call the law on me. Us fighting made my grades drop the first semester and I failed one of my classes and barely passed the other 3. since then I've been trying to make things better.. just not paying attention to her yelling and I've had my boyfriend by my side to help me through it. But it's getting ridiculous.. I hate listening to it and getting treated like that.. what are the laws of leaving my home at the age of 16?

You have to wait until your 18 to leave.

I agree, 18 or until you graduate in some states.
