Lately, I've started noticing really dark shadows under my eyes, and I saw a commercial on insomnia. Ever since I was a kid, I've never really slept for long periods, like I wouldn't be able to fall asleep until like 3 in the morning, and I always wake up at 6 am. I never really noticed before because I thought this sleeping pattern was normal. It isn't rare for me to be up for 2 or 3 days straight once a week. Insomnia? (I'm 14 by the way, does this affect it?)

Yes you do have insomnia because I have had the same issue when I was 10 and now I'm 20 and still have the same problem and now I see my child at 2 yrs old has the same problem talk to your family doctor and maybe he/she will prescribe you something for you to sleep. Because it will affect you very bad it can also lead to sleep walking and other health problems because of the lack of sleep hope this will help you
