I got caught for stealing at walmart when I was 18 and it was my first time I did the diversion program where I watch an video and talk to people for one hour ans that was it now I am 20 years old and I got caught for my second time at dollarama 47 dollars me and my friend we did it together it is my second time and her first time I want to know what will happen to me I desperatley needed some stuff for my daughter and was stupid to do it again but I did and I will appreciate if nobody judged me for my retarded actions. But just wanted to know if they will by any chance give me the same diversion program again or will I get probation? Will I have an criminal record? Because I really can't afford that plzz if someone can tell me what will happen to me I will really appriciate it. And also wanting to know if I would still get an security job because that's my only option in a job but they ask for background check so this offence of mine might japordize it if someone can plzz help me and tell me what will happen thank you
