I have swollen lymph nodes, with tight jaw and throat and chest pain. I went to the E.R. They gave me antibiotics and did a strep test that was negative. Since then I have started having chest pain, neck pain, dry mouth, and very bad pain when swallowing. I really don't know what to do.
