About three days ago I stated feeling this numbness on my bottom lip and my tongue. It feels as though I had been to the dentist and the novocaine is wearing off, but that is not the case. I would like to know what would cause such a thing. I am not on any type of medication, and I'm 61 years old. The numbness comes and goes, it last for about (30)mins,and leaves come back an hour or so later stays for a little while and leaves, like I said it started about three days ago.
