There are lot of schemes in pakistan in which each schemes consists of about 100 members. Each member pays about 2000 to 3000 Rs per month`. One person wins Motor bike or any other thing through lucky draw each month and his remaining installments are cancelled.
My question is that is it acceptable to participate in this buisiness in view of islam??

Any form of gambling is Haram. It takes your faith and trust in Allah away and trades it for chance. What you are describing is a type of lottery and it is a form a gambling.
