I have been living month to month now for almost two years now. When I got my new job back in nov, I asked because of my payment sched I could pay every two weeks so I didn't incur a late fee for not paying by the 15th. Now in June I have 3 paychecks and my landlord says I am paying in advance because of my payment sched. Is that fair? I feel like I'm paying extra for the month of June

We always "pay in advance, you are suppose to be paying on the 1st for the entire month "in advance" So I see nothing wrong with them wanting it paid like that. You can ask to go back to paying it in full in advance on the 15th like you used to

There are 12 months in year. But there are 52 weeks. So if you pay every other week you are making 26 payments instead of 24. Therefore, when you offered to pay bi-weekly, you should have calculated the annual rental and divided by 26.
But really, can't you just put that amount aside every month so you have the monthyl rent on time?
