I have a Hampton Bay Altura 56" Celling Fan and the fan run slowly. All the connection are fine.How can I resolve this problems

You need to check the voltage at the switch on the fan and check the wall switch. Somewhere there may be a bad switch. I have found switches where the wires have burned in the wall which happens when the connections get loose. This can cause a fire and this fan indicates you need to check all of your connections and the tightness of the connections in the breaker box, too. After a few years the screws loosen on the breakers and they all need to be tightened. You need to check all of your switches and receptacles, too. If after you check this and correct any problems see if you need to oil the fan, also.

Thanks.. but I thinks that is not a problem because I move the fan to other place and the function is the same.

After finding a manual I think the remote receiver in the fan is defective. You should check to see if it's under warranty and if not all you can do is to replace the receiver or send fan back to factory. The motor has a lifetime warranty. This appears to be a cheaply made fan.

I think I can answer your problem. If you are sure that your remote is working to operate your different speeds, then know this. These Altura fans do not spin at the very high speeds that we are used to,because they have a very high blade pitch of 22 degrees,while your average pitch is only about 12-14 degrees,so they spin at much lower speeds and are able to move more volume of air,and you won't have to balance the blades either. We have the Altura 68" in our living room and it only spins approx 60-70 RPM,moving more air than our old standard fan. We just bought the 56" for our bedroom. Hope this helps.

I just install Hampton Bay Altura 56" Celling Fan you can't even feel the air moving. I even used toilet paper to check air flow, toilet paper willn't move under or sides of fan.

Obviously you have a fan that should be replaced. It has to move air or why install it?
