We work with property photos. We take and then upload 100's of pics to Picasa.
We then email the pics to the employer.
We apparently forgot to send 2 sets of pics on April 2012 . We don't have the pics in the recycle bin . They were removed . We also did not backup .
Now we have been notified that we must send them in. I have tried to restore system to previous date. And still no luck HELP PLEASE

Unless you have already uploaded them or they are still on a memory card, it sounds like you are out of luck.

Do you have any idea what they are called or when they where created as a FULL search of your system maybe in order.

Here's a link that might be able to recover the images and if they are able to recover them you will be able to see them prior to paying then for the registration service to get the Stellar Phoenix Data Recovery software. Download the initial pre-software and start the program. It might start and stop briefly so WAIT until finished. There's going to be lots of files come up depending on how much you have deleted. Look for the Photo File over on the LEFT and click on it and all your deleted images should be there. They will open up in the window in the middle of the page just move your mouse down until you start seeing the image files, but the first ones will be generic images so keep looking. Click each one until you find the ones you want and the image appears at the top. Then check the box next to the ones you want to retrieve. It cost about $50 for the software program. Good Luck
