If I plug it into another outlet from another dryer yes I got heat it works fine could be that I have a bed breaker?
That's the only thing I can think of but is it possible to have a bed breaker and the dryer still runs without heat?
Please help running out of options yes I have the right wire yes it's wired up okay.

Probably the heating element has gone out. Very inexpensive to replace yourself.
