What is the value of a 1928A silver certificate - blue seal - no stars. The reverse side is like the Red Seal silver certificates... just says "ONE DOLLAR" not 'In God we trust". It has a fold mark but no obvious tears. Thanks you. I'm new at this and enjoying the discovery of such items. Joanne
