My husbands hands are numb his right arm has been hurtting him. Then when he got off work he got really dizzy feeling like he was going to pass out he got really tired and sleepy. Should I take him to er he won't listen to me

Take him there ASAP! My fiancé has the same thing and now he has been diagnosed with a heart defect and low blood pressure and it can kill.. please take my advice better to be safe than sorry.. hope this helps x
