I have been having pains on my right side where my ovary is and last night hubby tried something new when he discovered a lump covering my gspot on the right side after he was done my stomic swelled up and looked like I had a baby on my right side what could that be?

The 'lump' is your g spot. I have no explanation for the swelling.
