I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, I haven't started taking medication for it yet though. I also have a septate uterus. Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant and I'm pretty young I'm only 20 and I'm not on birth control but it seems impossible, which to me is weird because since I'm so young I feel I should be fairly fertile. Is it even possible for me to get pregnant with having both? Because I've seen people with one or the other but not both.

Asking 'can I get pregnant' is almost impossible to answer because there are a lot more variables than those 2 conditions + age. Plus there's the sperm playing a role.
I would talk to your endocrinologist about what medications you might be taking, for how long, and whether they are OK to take while trying to conceive or while pregnant. That is what I would think would be your number one question. At 20 you should have plenty of time left on your biological clock. The septate uterus can have an effect on the ability to carry a pregnancy to term, and this can vary and needs to be discussed with your doctor.
