Movie from late 80's or early 90's where a young boy 10 or 11 runs away from home with his little brother after his parent's divorce. Takes his mother's car. After a hard stop, he hits his head on the steering wheel. He and his brother go into a drug store to find a bandage and he gets a maxi pad and puts on his forehead. The young boy looked a little like Angus T. Jones (Jake on Two and a Half Men). Anyone remember this movie title?
