Well I am not sure but I just read it from the internet that it might be STD as I felt itching inside my penis and when ever I pee I feel like burning . This makes me conscious that why is it so as it never happpened before in my life .

Please tell me different aspects , is this only because of unprotected sex or there might also be other reasons for this disorder . I am bit afraid to visit doctor for this . I really don't know what to do please help me

Oh, yeah, don't be afraid to visit the doctor. Make sure it is a male doctor, he has a penis too, so he sees one all the time. Makes it much easier when you see a doc of the same sex.
