So I like this guy I went to elementary school with but I only started liking him when we went to different high schools and started to catch up on what we've missed. The only problem is I think he has a girlfriend not sure though and he lives far away 30 minutes away,
After my birthday we've been talking a lot and especially over March break I miss the long talks we had but it hasn't been happening lately. I don't think he likes me like that which kills me. I don't know what to do I wish we'd talk like we use to, but maybe he's just busy with school now. Please help me. Long distance crush sucks!

What did you talk about in those long talks? Who usually starts the conversaition?

Just be calm and first of all find out whether he has a girlfriend or not. Ask casually. Anything that is long distance is difficult to manage.
You are right, maybe he is busy with school. Respect his space. And be cool.

If you were really friends you would know through those long talks if he did have a girl in his life, and you don't, so that's a red flag that you were talking of non factual, unimportant fluff, and not being straight up HONEST with each other.
That's makes you phone buddies, so don't get carried away by high hopes that are false. Crush, or NO crush!

The girlfriend problem can be fixed real quick, just ask. If he is with someone, then you need to back off, but if he isn't maybe a couple dates wouldn't hurt either of you.
