We have been together for a year and out of complete no where, tells me he isn't sure he loves me like he use to and thinks a break is what we need to see if he really does love me.

But the thing was he only got distant a day before he said it. And distant I mean he completely ignored me. And the even weirder thing was the day before in the morning, he said he loved me and kissed me and the days prior to that he said it and we were intimate.

I just am so confused because it did come out of no where, and he tell me that he needs time to figure it out. I'm good at giving him space but I don't what to do from here.

All you can do is give him space by leaving him alone, and take this as a break up. That's what I would do.

The only thing is that on all his profile pictures, its still pictures of me and him, and he still says he is in a relationship... and he still have a lot of clothes, and other things here and told me he didn't want me to pack them up when he first told me he needed space. What does that mean??

Take it as a break up, start moving on, if he didn't pack means that he has nowhere to put his clothes, or at least not yet. If he comes back great, but don't wait for him.

That's a bunch of bull! When he needs space and cannot define it so you understand it, then the hell with him. Tell him to talk, or get his crap and get to stepping. Never be used as an option when its facts and communications you need.
