My daughters father has not seen her since she was 10mos old she is now 4 I have full custody he had beat me up and there was a restraining order against him and he wasn't allowed to have contact with me and could only see our daughter under a 3rd party but he never accessed his rights to see her he then went to prison and surved time for a violent crime against an elderly man he has since got out and has told friends that he is coming for my daughter she has not seen him nor does she know that he is her father my husband now is all she knows as her dad and he wants to adopt her how can I go about this?
