About 4-5 days ago I started feeling unwell, then realised the next day I either had a throat infection or tonsillitis. I have had a phone call with my doctor who prescribed me penicillin which I started taking yesterday around 2. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to speed up recovery as I have a job interview I had to reschedule and he keeps phoning asking when I can do it, and it looks really bad when I keep saying I'm ill. I have been told gargling salt water is good for healing is there anything else I can do to help? Any help would be appreciated a lot.
