Okay, I know this guy likes me and I like him. We started talking and he said he really likes me and want to be my boyfriend but he doesn't want to ask me out he wants it t happen by me kissing him. We don't really talk during school because he is older than me and one day after school we talked a lot but nothing els hapend. What shoold I do know? And does he like me?

If he really likes you he'd ask you out. I'm not gettting why you should kiss him fist.

Grade school or Jr high age group ?
In real dating, you don't kiss first, he asks you out, you go somewhere together and a kiss may not happen for a few dates.

Sounds like he is wanting more physical and less dating
