I am on unsupervised & unmonitered probation, I've been on this for about 3 months and my PO has never called me or came to house or been in any contact with me. Im leaving the state for a little and I was wondering if while I go through security at the airport if my name would pop up and I wouldn't be able to to fly or get arrest or something like that. Any help?

Hello R:

The only time you need one is if you were to get arrested. But, the cops/tsa/customs don't know you're on probation.

As long as you don't get stopped or arrested while on your trip. As long as someone you know does not get mad at you and reports you to probation, you are OK.
