My children's bio father has had visitation one sat or Sunday from 9am to 5pm since 2008 he has only showed up for 2 visits since ordered . He does not have any contact with the kids . How long until the judge will feel its considered abandimitt and will allow my husband of 4 yrs adopt them.. can the judge decide to revoke his parfental rights even if he don't want to give them up.. Im sorry a lot of questions but Im so confused
Thank you in advance for your help

Yes, if you can prove that the father has had every opportunity to be a part of his children's lives and hasn't and that the adoption will be in the children's best interests, a judge may grant the adoption over the bio father's objections.

You would be best served, however, using an attorney to petition the court.
