I had sex for the second time two days ago, the hymen definitely broke that time.. I was spotting the next day but it wasn't a big deal, he fingered me that night but didn't have sex because it hurt slightly... so I was unsure why it was bleeding, whether it was the hymen or breakthrough bleeding as I am on the second month of my pill.. but I used a tampon for the last few hours to try and determine where the blood was coming from and when taking it out, the opening stung slightly so I'm pretty sure its not breakthrough bleeding, but something that hasn't healed properly, and I'm sure the fingering didn't help that.. but my question is.. is there ANYTHING I can do to help it heal, obviously not penetrating anything but is there anything else?

Going to be sore for a while, and some bleeding for a few days is not uncommon, if it continues, you will have to go see the doctor.
