I'm a 21 year old male, weigh 150 lbs and am 5'8. I drank Friday night and stopped officially around 3 am. I then, stupidly, woke up and had a "hangover" beer without even thinking at 10 a.m. on Saturday. I have a EtG test I need to pass on Monday (tomorrow) and want to know if there is any hope for me to pass it.

I also burn around 2200 calories a day.

I also burn around 2200 calories a day. My BMR rate is 1721.3, whatever that means or if it helps my cause.

How much did you drink on Friday and across what time?

How much did you drink on Friday and across what time period?

I started around 930 on Friday. Had a "jaeger bomb", a shot of jaeger, 1 tall can of beer and 2 small cans of beer.

I also haven't drank for 2 weeks prior to Friday night and drink a LOT of water on a regular basis.

Not familiar with "jaeger bomb", by small beer assume you mean 12-oz, size of tall beer. It is necessary to calculate volume of alcohol consumed... 9:30 PM?

Yes, 9:30 p.m. a jaeger bomb is typically a shot if Jaeger dropped in 8 oz. of Beer. And yes, 12 oz,

So you consumed about 6 standard drinks across about 5-1/2 hours and then one beer the following day.

The 56 hours is from the Saturday beer, I assume.

You actually have a pretty good chance of passing an EtG at that time range based on that quantity.

Not quite sure why a "hangover beer." Based on that volume you shouldn't have had much of a hangover, BAC should have topped out at about .065. Are you sure the number of drinks is correct?

Yes, the 56 hours is from Saturday. I did take a swig or two of Whiskey as well now that I think about it. My apologies. I didn't really have a hangover on Saturday but for some odd reason drank a beer that morning, it's what I used to do before I stopped drinking. In the past month I have only consumed alcohol twice, both 2 weeks apart.

A "swig or two" doesn't tell me anything.

From your Friday drinking you have sufficient time for the EtG to eliminate providing recall of consumption is correct. If you had two shots and a beer on Saturday it is too close to call but would probably still be clear - 3 drinks at 56 hours.

EtG does not accumulate in your system so your drinking pattern across the previous week or two is of no significance.

Please let us know when you get the results.

On Saturday morning, at 10 am I only had one beer. My guess of the "swigs" would be 1 1/2 shots.
