I have a new HP laptop, Windows 7, 64 bit. I just tried to run itunes and it won't open. I'm not getting an error message, it just won't run.

I've scanned for viruses, nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing, it simply won't run.

Anyone? What can I do to resolve this issue?

Actually I'm having same problem now. It was working on my HP but hadn't used much lately. Saw new Itunes... loaded up, but not working.

Did you ever get an answer or figure out how to load. Apple folk were useless.
