I know someone who's employer was hired to do a job through the union. He and his co-worker were told what their union pay would be for this particular job before they started. After the first week the employer tells them with a note that their pay was calculated incorrectly and their next pay will be docked for the difference. Honestly, I think the boss didn't want to pay the high price for the union job so he's making an excuse about the pay. Can the boss do this?
