I turned the water off for my kitchen sink, fridge and dishwasher. When I turned it back on the dishwasher works fine, but there is little or no water pressure to the sink and fridge... help

Most likely some debris broke off the piping and valve. Start by removing the aerator on the sink, any improvement?

Nope. And the water line to the ice maker/water for the fridge isn't working at all.

So its not a clogged aerator, your debris is caught in the actual valve or cartridge which you now must doisassemble after shutting down your main supply
