Would I be obligated to pay child support once I'm put on disability?

Yes - your child has to eat, wear clothes, have shelter whether you can work.

Yes, being on disability does not impact the needs of the child. Nor does it take away your responsibility. You should be able to petition for a different support amount though.

You are morally obligated to help support your child as long as that child can't support themselves. However, from a legal standpoint some disability payments cannot be attached for support. Also since support is based on income, you may be eligible for a modification of your support obligation.

Depends on what type of disability. I also notice you have multiple threads on various child support questions.

Here you wanted to pay your current wife to provide day care services for this child (among other things) - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family-law/child-comes-lice-head-mostly-all-time-can-take-court-599589-2.html

Why don't you post the entire story and get one correct answer?
