My aunt is married to a man whom she no longer wants to be with, he lives in my grandmothers apartment over 6 years now. My aunt doesn't speak to him nor does he pay any rent. He is also a drug addict. How can I get him out ?

YOU can't do anything. Its not clear whether he and your aunt live together or not. If they do your aunt has to file for divorce and have him vacate the apartment as part of the divorce. If they don't live together, then your grandmother has to give him a vacate notice according to the local laws.

Scott is correct. From what you say this is a husband and wife and she wants him to leave but we don't know if they both live in this apartment. What city?
