My ice maker stopped one time a few months ago. I changed out the filter, even though it still had about a month to go and I reset it by removing the ice catch tray and holding the reset button until it cycled through 1 cycle. It reset and worked fine for several months. Now, it's making ice very slowly. It used to fill up within 24 hours. Now it won't fill up for days. I've tried resetting it again and nothing seems to help. There seems to be no other problems. Can anyone advise on this? Thanks

Clean the coils under the unit with soap and water. I always use a water hose and sprayer, then vacuum up water with wet-vac. You need to clean it often. If that does not work you may have defrost problems which you can see by removing cover to freezer coils.
