What would such an order say? If your husband is your sons' father, and you are their mother, what might such a test determine?

king pie: I'm not following you here. Is the ex-girlfriend of your husband claiming that he fathered her child? And if so - is she now in the process of trying to get child support from your husband? Is he disputing this, claiming he is not the father? If so a DNA test on the GF's child would prove it. It's your husband who would demand the paternity test on the child, not you. And I don't understand what any of this has to do with your two sons?

No, you can not get a order agaiist anyone who is merely refusing a paternity test. I can not even see where this is effecting you or your standing in a legal paternity against another women.

Huh? Can you rephrase that so we can help you.
No you can't get an order of protection. An order of protection is to keep someone away from you because they have threatened violence.
YOU have no standing between your husband and his ex girlfriend. Even if her child was conceived during your marriage. She can refuse a paternity test unless a court orders one. If she is looking for support from your husband, he can demand one before the court rules on support. If he's the one who wants to know, then he has to go to court to compel a test.
