Stop giving her treats and table scraps. Dogs will hold out on their food if they are getting something better

Stop feeding her stuff that isn't her own food.

I agree with the above advice. She is being spoile. the vet says she is healthy, so buy a quality chow and put it down for her. A healthy dog will not starve themselves. Stop with the table scraps and treats. It might be hard in the beginning, and you will feel like you are starving you dog, but the only way to break the habbit is by sticking to your guns.
