Hi,
Little bit brief there! Do you want me to tell how to check the wires(common problem) or the clutch(hear if it clicks with nothing else running) or find a replacement?
Peace,
Clarke

A lot brief, my apoligies.
Unit is a Toro 30318, SN 230005393
PTO is not engaging from controls.
Clutch does clunk if 12v from a battery is applied.
Delay module was changed, worked twice in testing and then failed.
Also blew fuse when it failed.?
How much amperage is the clutch supposed to draw? How much resistance should the clutch have?
Could the clutch be drawing too much amperage and cooking the module?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
Looks like you do have a current draw. Look for bare wires first. And, guess what? Toro has the service manual online. Try this link:
